Come out and try out new classes each week then provide feedback to help us decide which classes go on the schedule!

Aug. 3 - The 300 - 50 repetitions of 6 functional exercises. This quick high intensity workout will burn calories. Add hand weights to increase intensity.  All levels welcome - modifications offered.

Aug. 10 - Yoga Workshop - Want to fly? Want to go upside down? Learn the progressions to safely enter Crow and Tri-pod.

Aug. 17 - Self-Myo-Fascia Release - learn techniques to stretch and relieve pain using foam rollers, tennis balls and other props.

Aug. 24 - Slider Games - 6 pack of slider exercises, compete against others to burn calories and increase joint mobility.

Aug. 31 - Balance Basics - Improve coordination and reaction time through this fun class. Get important feedback on your body's symmetry, hand-eye coordination, and more.

Eligible Patrons: Active Duty, Reserve and Retired Military and their dependents, DoD Civilans and Contractors.
