JBAB MWR Library offers a full array of programs and services, boasting a collection of over 20,000 books, audio books, DVDs, language learning airs, magazines and periodicals, as well as titles from the Navy Chief of Naval Operations' and Air Force Chief of Staff's Reading Lists. For off-duty education pursuits, there are also numerous CLEP, DANTES, ACT, SAT, and GRE study guides.The facility also features 26 CAC-accessible computers, along with free wireless and scanning, and low-fee printing, copying and faxing services. The facility offers library orientations, bi-weekly Story Time sessions, Summer Reading Program, test-proctoring, and reference assistance.
In addition, the Library is the gateway to the Navy's Digital Library, complete with e-books, audio books, CLEP, DSST, and ASVAB practice tests, digital magazines and newspapers, genealogy resources, journals, DIY auto and home repair, adult and children tutoring services and much more. Anyone with a valid government ID card may register for a library card.

Attention youth ages 7-14 with a love of reading! Join the Patch Club where you'll be surrounded by other avid readers. The Patch Club features various games and projects to keep our members engaged in an exciting manner. Some of the activities include puppet shows, crafts, posters, quarterly parties and much more.New members are encouraged and eagerly accepted into our Patch Club! Featuring a popular, Navy Motion Picture Service (NMPS) G, PG and occasionally PG-13 rated movie. Complimentary theater style popcorn will be served. Any child under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 16 years of age. Weekly movies will be posted at the Circulation Desk and outside mobile marquee.
